NetForemost is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Agent to generate qualify and convert leads for our project outsourcing and staff augmentation services. This role is pivotal in building our client base by managing the entire sales funnel from lead generation on GigRadar and Artisan to conducting Discovery and Consultation Calls ensuring accurate CRM documentation and coordinating invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive customer-focused and adept at leveraging technology to drive conversion rates and continuous improvement.
Lead Generation & Qualification
Actively source and document leads using platforms such as GigRadar and Artisan.
Record comprehensive lead details in the CRM including screenshots of conversations and reasons for non-conversion.
Ensure timely follow-up and consistently meet conversion targets.
Discovery & Consultation Calls
Schedule and conduct Discovery Calls to qualify leads and capture a high-level overview of their technical requirements.
Create CRM deals during Discovery Calls with all basic qualification information ensuring the right technical expert is identified for subsequent Consultation Calls.
Follow up with Consultation Calls that involve detailed technical discussions leading to actionable next steps for client onboarding.
Client Onboarding Support
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their information is accurately entered into Zoho Books and TimeForemost.
Act as a liaison between clients and the Billing team to ensure seamless invoicing and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Educate clients on the value of each stage in the sales funnel reinforcing our consultative approach.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Generate detailed personal reports including lead status call outcomes and key conversion metrics.
Participate in bi-weekly self-assessments and report reviews to identify trends and share improvement ideas.
Maintain a proactive feedback loop to continuously refine lead qualification and follow-up strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with other team members on sales or other departments to share best practices and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service preferably in a B2B environment or within IT services project outsourcing or staff augmentation.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and invoicing software (e.g. Zoho Books) is highly desirable.
Comfortable using time tracking and project management tools such as TimeForemost.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads conduct qualifying calls and convert leads to client engagements.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Constantly educate/read foundational knowledge of software development principles agile methodologies and release cycle optimization.
