AI Domain Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Domain Specialist to drive innovation and create intelligent solutions tailored to our industry needs. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise with strong AI/ML knowledge to identify opportunities, design models, and bridge the gap between business goals and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities specific to the business domain.

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex industry-specific problems.

• Translate domain knowledge into structured data requirements and model features.

• Evaluate and deploy AI algorithms aligned with real-world use cases.

• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop scalable AI solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and domain-related research.

• Communicate complex AI concepts in simple terms to business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

• 3–6 years of experience working in AI/ML roles with a focus on a specific domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing).

• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

• Solid understanding of the domain’s data sources, regulatory requirements, and key business drivers.

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain certifications or relevant publications.

• Experience with AI cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI).

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.

• Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles is a plus.
