Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibility is to research develop and teach various SHSA courses using a casestudy focus. Apply personal and professional health industry experiences to create impactful courses that provide students the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in todays dynamic healthcare environment. Assist SHSA Dean and Program Directors with programstrategic development and initiatives. Support 1LECOM relationships with various schools and departments within the Institution while promoting interprofessional excellence and strong community relationships.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate with or without reasonable accommodations that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:Terminal Degree in Healthcare Administration or related business discipline from an accredited college or university program required. Successful professional healthcare industry experience and advanced systems application.
