Job Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. No holidays or call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider youll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing highquality costeffective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
- Provide care to adult plastic surgery patients in an inpatient setting.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients admitted to the Plastic Surgery Service.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide consistent highquality care to our patients.
- Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with attending physician and residents in order to adjust plans of care.
Education:
Minimum
If Nurse Practitioner: Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses including prescriptive authority in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gero Acute Care Adult/Gero Primary Care orFamily (Inpatient RN experience or Inpatient NP experience required)
If Physician Assistant*:
- Active PA license including prescriptive authority in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
