Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in clients and provide a warm premium buying experience
Understand client requirements and guide them through our exclusive collections in diamonds antique gold rubies emeralds and more
Communicate confidently and clearly with clients both in-store and through social platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram
Stay up to date with current jewelry trends bridal fashion and celebrity styling
Handle basic social media inquiries and share product stories or updates with charm and clarity
Build strong customer relationships with high-net-worth clientele and offer post-sale follow-up
Maintain store aesthetics and brand presentation as per luxury retail standards
Candidate Profile:
Female only preferably from a well-groomed and well-exposed background
Prior experience in jewelry fashion or luxury retail is preferred
Excellent communication in English Hindi and Telugu (if possible)
Naturally active on social media; understands its influence on todays buying decisions
Smart presentable and enthusiastic about the world of fine jewelry and bridal trends
Confident in handling educated and discerning clients independently
