Job Description
Associate Dean of Nursing Programs
Join our esteemed School of Nursing as Associate Dean of Nursing Programs where youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing education. This leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to guide curriculum development foster faculty excellence and ensure student success in our CCNEaccredited BSN program.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum development and implementation aligned with CCNE/ACEN standards and NCLEXRN requirements
- Direct faculty recruitment development and mentorship initiatives
- Oversee student success programs including academic advising and clinical placements
- Manage accreditation processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations
- Drive program innovation and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing (MSN); Doctorate preferred (PhD DNP or EdD)
- Current unencumbered RN license
- 35 years of nursing education or administration experience
- 23 years teaching experience at the baccalaureate level
- Proven track record in curriculum development and academic leadership
- Excellence in organizational management and interpersonal communication
