- Location: Akron/Cleve Ohio (multiple locations)
- Type: FullTime
- Salary: $45000 to $65000 annually based on experience

Job Overview
Were seeking an experienced Tumbling Director to lead our cheer and tumbling training programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching and developing athletes of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach tumbling classes for various skill levels
- Create and implement training programs
- Ensure athlete safety
- Manage and train coaching staff
- Coordinate tumbling workshops and clinics
Required Qualifications
- 5 years coaching experience
- Cheerleading or gymnastics background
- USASF coaching certification (or willing to complete)
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Competitive tumbling experience
- Ability to develop advanced tumbling skills
