Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detailoriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Atlanta office. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for clients helping to manage communications resolve issues and ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout all stages of our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear information about our services timelines and ongoing campaigns
Track and document customer interactions in our CRM system
Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal workflows
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and customer service software
Proactive empathetic and customerfocused attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
