Job Title: Assistant Manager for Business Development

Overview
We are in search of a skilled and strategic Business Development Manager with a solid foundation in B2B sales and channel development within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in overseeing dealer networks maintaining key account relationships and driving projectbased sales demonstrating a proven capability to formulate and execute gotomarket strategies that foster business expansion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within designated regions
- Expand and manage dealer/distributor networks while nurturing strong connections with architects contractors and project stakeholders.
- Enhance revenue through B2B project sales channel sales and nontrade institutional sales.
- Execute gotomarket (GTM) and routetomarket (RTM) strategies for new products or regional market penetration.
- Conduct secondary market research analyze competition and develop pricing strategies.
- Spearhead loyalty and engagement initiatives for influencers such as fabricators and carpenters.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical sales teams to provide insights and enhance customer experience.
