The ideal candidate will represent the company externally and demonstrate a strong commitment to developing and executing effective sales strategies. The primary objective is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building longterm trusted relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to the lawestablished rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis of EHR solutions
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years proven working experience as a business development manager or sales executive with a proven ability to give presentations identify opportunities track competitors and achieve market penetration.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM and ERP software
- Proficiency in English
