You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a resultsdriven and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully closing midtosenior level positions across multiple domains managing endtoend recruitment life cycles and mentoring junior recruiters. This is a clientfacing role that demands excellent interpersonal skills recruitment strategy development and timely delivery of quality talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
Lead and close niche midtosenior level roles within short timelines.
Strategize and implement innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean search social media recruiting headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
Conduct indepth screening interviews and skill assessments of potential candidates.
Collaborate with clients and internal account managers to understand job specifications and role priorities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for highdemand roles.
Provide mentorship to junior recruiters and assist in improving their performance.
Coordinate interview schedules and offer rollouts in a timely manner.
Maintain uptodate candidate and job data in the ATS/CRM system.
Deliver weekly hiring status reports to clients and internal management.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
4 to 6 years of proven experience in endtoend recruitment preferably in an agency/consultancy setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn Naukri Indeed etc.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
Sound understanding of technical and nontechnical hiring trends across industries.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong sense of ownership accountability and client relationship management.
