What youll be doing
In this role youll play a key part in delivering highquality talent outcomes for a wide variety of specialist roles across a dedicated portfolio Workers Compensation. Youll:
- Lead endtoend volume recruitment across specialist and niche positions within workers compensation
- Work onsite 23 days per week at our clients office with flexible work arrangements
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
- Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decisionmaking
- Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I process optimisation and recruitment technology
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally youll have:
- Proven endtoend recruitment experience in high volume speciality roles Financial Services Insurance Allied Health experience would be highly regarded
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing market mapping and creating pipelines for future needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
