Job Description:
The HR Admin Assistant (Temp) provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department ensuring smooth operations of daytoday HR functions. This role assists in documentation HRIS data entry compliance file management and logistics coordination for HR events and activities. The position is ideal for candidates who can maintain high confidentiality accuracy and efficiency in an HR support capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organize and update employee records both in physical and digital formats.
Assist in processing HR documents including employment contracts memos certifications and clearance forms.
Support new hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials and coordinating logistics.
Encode and update employee information in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
Track and organize leaves schedules and other HR records using internal tools.
Coordinate logistics and documentation for training engagement and HRled events.
Provide general administrative support such as filing scanning scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors or internal departments.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Experience with HRIS or digital filing systems is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Additional Information :
Work Experience:
At least 1 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is required.
Tenure:
Temporary 12 months contract (renewable depending on business needs and performance).
