Job Description
Job Title: Physician Assistant
Job Location: Craig CO
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Conduct patient examinations obtain medical histories and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Interpret test results order laboratory tests imaging and other diagnostics.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in surgeries if applicable.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients about treatment plans preventive health measures and wellness.
- Provide patient counseling and follow-up care instructions.
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with nurses specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay current with medical developments treatment protocols and continuing education requirements.
