Job Description

Overview -

Seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Specialist to support internal and external customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service order management dispute resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities -

  • Respond to inquiries via telephone email and online correspondence ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Handle customer claims orders disputes and transactions ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with Deduction Specialists credit distribution and business leads to resolve customer issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external calls and redirect to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Share knowledge and support less experienced team members as a mentor or role model.
  • Ensure tasks adhere to company SOPs and meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Manage and prioritize personal workload and contribute to team performance metrics.

Education & Experience -

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations compliance or customer service
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish (oral/written) is a plus

Required Skills -

  • Proven attendance and reliability in structured environments
  • Multitasking across multiple systems in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry and basic analysis)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • CRM software experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
