Overview -
Seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Specialist to support internal and external customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service order management dispute resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities -
- Respond to inquiries via telephone email and online correspondence ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments maintaining accurate customer records.
- Handle customer claims orders disputes and transactions ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with Deduction Specialists credit distribution and business leads to resolve customer issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for external calls and redirect to appropriate stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Share knowledge and support less experienced team members as a mentor or role model.
- Ensure tasks adhere to company SOPs and meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Manage and prioritize personal workload and contribute to team performance metrics.
Education & Experience -
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations compliance or customer service
- Call center experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish (oral/written) is a plus
