Job Description

Sales Intern

Were looking for a Sales Intern to join our team and gain valuabe experience in various sales functions. As a Sales intern you will work closely with our sales team to identify engage and nurture prospects who can benefit from our industryleading products and services. Your efforts directly impact revenue growth customer acquisition and profitability.This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills and learn in a collaborative fastpaced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about sales and eager to make a difference.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Gain an understanding of Blue Mountains products and services.
  • Support the team in generating and nurturing leads to help grow the sales pipeline.
  • Practice explaining the companys value to potential customers in a clear and simple way.
  • Assist in identifying potential customers and new sales opportunities
  • Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team for further followup.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to support the development of targeted account plans helping to set up productive sales meetings.
  • Use CRM tools (Dynamics CRM) and ZoomInfo to gather data and assist in prioritizing and engaging highvalue accounts.
  • Help execute accountbased and personaspecific campaigns through LinkedIn email content marketing events direct mail and paid media channels.
  • Assist in creating and distributing engaging content aimed at targeted personas technical stakeholders and decisionmakers.
  • Support the optimization of our technology stack for targeted outreach automation and measurement.
  • Participate in analyzing and refining outreach campaigns to improve success and implement best practices.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in sales marketing business or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills across phone email social media (LinkedIn) and facetoface interactions.
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing technology
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problemsolving capabilities.
  • Intellectual curiosity proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
