Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Intern to join our Recruitment Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition client engagement and end-to-end recruitment processes. Ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to enter the Human Resources (HR) or recruitment industry.
You will be involved in real hiring projects that help us or our clients find the right talent. This is not a paper-pushing internship; its a chance to grow your skills build your network and gain exposure to recruitment across various industries.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening interview coordination and offer management
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
- Support talent mapping and candidate engagement initiatives
- Liaise with candidates and clients to support hiring activities
- Gain exposure to client management and stakeholder communications
- Learn recruitment practices and HR operational workflows
- Assist with onboarding processes (contracts offer letters new hire documentation)
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files in compliance with PDPA
- Support HR queries related to leave benefits and policies
- Safeguard confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- ITE Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- No prior HR or recruitment experience required; training provided
- Strong interest in HR recruitment or people-related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
