This is an extremely fastpaced position which requires excellent interpersonal skills spelling grammar and computer proficiency skills. Attention to detail patience good judgment and problemsolving skills and a respectful approach in all situations are essential to success in the position. The current rate of pay is $22.85$28.62 per hour based on years of experience in a similar role. Therates are to be determined based on School Committee approval. This position works a school year schedule Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week). This position is eligible for are interested in candidates who are invested in the achievement equity and access of all learners in and beyond the with diverse racial cultural religious class and/or gender background and experiences are strongly encouraged to Include (but are not limited to):Working with the Principal and Assistant Principals to manage student daily attendance including Child Safe check in. Track and record all tardy and dismissals for students and communicate with administrators counselors and families. Track and record all student records. Print and file student report cards. Handle and file/distribute all mail and packages arriving at school. Maintain the School in a positive welcoming manner with students and staff. Building relationships with students and families. Performing typical administrative assistant duties such as answering phone mail greeting visitors. Skills/Attributes/Qualifications:High level of comfort with technology including proficiency with data manipulation utilizing Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets use of VLOOKUP; must be proficient in MS Word MS Excel Google applications.
