Job Description

Join the dedicated team at Ocala Christian Academy as a Personal Assistant where you will play an essential role in supporting the administrative functions of our thriving educational environment. In this dynamic position you will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations manage schedules coordinate meetings and handle various communications. Tasks

  • Manage and organize the daily schedule of the executive including arranging meetings appointments and travel plans.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports handling correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate events and activities ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
