Job Description

We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our financial operations. In this position you will work closely with our financial executives providing them with the support they need to drive our companys success.
Tasks
- Receivables management
- Notification of reportable foreign payments
- Dunning process
- Account clarification/reconciliation
- Contact person for customers/ debtors (regarding payment modalities)
- Processing of travel expenses
- Assistance in Financial Planning processes
- General back office tasks
Requirements
- Experience in customer receivables management
- Experience in travel expense management
- Experience with reportable foreign payments
- Understanding of general accounting
- Experience in financial planning
- Commercial training ideally education in financial accounting
- Fluent in English ideally German speaker
- Reliability excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and independently
