Job Description:
Responsibilities

Provide secretarial and general office duties.

Responsible for file management answering telephone correspondence and handling department mail.

Process expense reports and invoice processing into Oracle and submit to A/P for payment. Research and resolve discrepancies when necessary.

Assist in the preparation and planning of meetings and presentations.

Plan and coordinate travel and meetings.

Provide assistance scheduling appointments meetings and vacation schedules.

Perform other duties as assigned and/or assist other department members as needed. Requirements:

Secretarial and general office experience required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to interface with all levels both internally and externally in a professional and helpful manner.

Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimum supervision.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude.
