Operations: Sets the strategic direction and objectives for all supply chain operations. Builds strategic relationships with supply chain leaders systemlevel functional leaders entity Csuite leaders and develops partnerships with key vendors to deliver the right products at the right time and place. Cultivates policy and procedures for the full range of supply chain operations to stock store and issue material. Routinely motivates and mentors personnel to sustain morale welfare performance and progression of all team members. Establishes and fosters culture of confidence and cooperation across all stakeholders through impeccable leadership executive communication and responsiveness. Publicizes leads by example and adheres to all local/state/federal regulations codes policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering support for optimal patient care. Prioritizes schedules and delegates strategic projects and articulates expectations to impacted leaders and staff. Engages vendor executives upon request to ensure the uninterrupted flow of products and services. Conducts industry research benchmarking and integrates new services technology products workflows and clients. Acts as business/management consulting expert to provide an objective overall view regarding the strategic human technological and process implications of all major change programs. Ensures systemlevel standard workflows are available implemented and monitored for compliance.Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Information Technology Data Science or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
15 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
OPERATIONS:
Business and/or management consulting expertise and knowledge.
Capable of directing and managing the implementation of new business development and improvement initiatives that integrate strategy process technology and human performance elements to improve operating results.
Knowledge of Healthcare industry and shared service organization best practices.
Ability to manage and evaluate project plans designs and deliverables to ensure customer needs and contractual requirements are met.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint Visio MS Project Database tools.
Ability to analyze client needs through soliciting evaluating and acting upon client feedback and feedback loop.
Ability to understand and adjust to changing priorities circumstances direction and personal styles.
Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to influence others using ononone contact formal presentations and group discussions.
Ability to negotiate and staff team resources (human financial technical) pulling talent based on specific project needs.
TECHNOLOGY & ANALYTICS
Ability to lead multidisciplinary groups and do effective senior leader presentations.
Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Access and Visio.
Ability to synthesize data and create meaningful presentation
Ability to quickly grasp data provided in opportunity analyses and effectively secure feedback for initiatives
Knowledge & familiarity with business intelligence data infrastructure EHR ERP and other healthcare technology products
Team leadership and organization skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to manage complex situations with a high degree of variation Adaptable with a high tolerance of ambiguity
Ability to successfully facilitate team meetings that may involve competing objectives

Pay Range is $91.30 to $146.08 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
