Know Your Rights: for the coordinated efforts of the Rehab staff as they interface with the hospitals patients departments programs and physicians in a manner that is safe efficient costeffective while maintaining compliance to state federal and professional standards. The Manager for Rehabilitation Services is responsible for hiring training and supervising the Rehabilitation staff. The Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Rehabilitation Services Programs to meet the identified needs of the community. The Manager is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources in Rehabilitation Services.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BS or BA degree OR
2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy OR
3. Graduate of an accredited college or university with Bachelors in speech therapy required.
4. MS Degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology preferred.
5. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
6. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state OR
7. Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license OR
8. Licensed by the current state in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
9. BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current.
10. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy Certification AOTA and OTAC preferred.
