Experience We Value
3 years of experience as a General Manager or senior manager in the hospitality industry.
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop highperforming teams.
Strong commercial awareness with experience in P&L management sales growth and cost
control.
Passion for hospitality with a customerfirst mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities able to make effective realtime decisions.
Commitment to upholding health & safety and food safety standards.
Organised detailoriented and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
