Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift: Mon Fri 8:00AM 5:00PM

What you will do:

As a Returns Quality Inspector you will be responsible for supporting quality control and assurance operations by reviewing product packaging assessing returned instruments and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role involves collaborating with engineers and crossfunctional teams in setup and calibration tasks conducting rework and executing quality assurance procedures related to production or operations.

  • Perform formal reviews of product packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Review instrument returns and assess product and packaging quality
  • Inspect repacked or relabeled products for accuracy and integrity
  • Interpret engineering drawings or guidance documents to assess finished goods
  • Utilize SAP and other ERP systems for data entry and workflow tasks
  • Collaborate with operations teammates and instrument counterparts
  • Follow structured proceduredriven processes in daily work
  • Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Prepare documentation and reports based on quality procedures and policies

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for data entry and workflow tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal technical training or education in Quality Control or a related field
  • Experience in the medical device or other regulated industries
  • Previous involvement with product packaging development or quality assessments
  • Understanding of quality disciplines and regulatory compliance standards
