Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Technical Lead with specialized proficiency in HR systems security modules to join our organization. This role will be responsible for architecting implementing and overseeing comprehensive security frameworks within our HR technology ecosystem with a particular emphasis on Workday. The ideal candidate will provide both strategic vision and technical expertise in ensuring that security protocols align seamlessly with organizational policies compliance requirements and industry-leading best practices.

A deep understanding of data governance principles operational guidelines and quality control methodologies is essential for success in this position.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring and serve as subject matter expert for HR technology

  • Gather feedback to refine solutions and drive global process simplification

What do you need to succeed

• 5 years HR Systems experience (Workday preferred) with strong HR process knowledge with HR reporting and analytics proficiency

• Expertise in HR systems security modules is essential

• Data governance and quality control best practices

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
