Were excited to expand our team with a Sales Operations Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams in inventory allocation data analysis and operational logistics across thirdparty TV and wholesale sales channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between inventory availability and sales forecasts supporting partner relationships and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator comfortable working crossfunctionally and thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Allocation

  • Partner with inventory management to allocate stock for thirdparty TV and wholesale channels.
  • Monitor product availability to ensure alignment with forecasts and partner demand.

Data Analysis & Forecasting

  • Analyze historical sales trends to forecast future inventory needs by channel.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and executive decisions.

TV Partnership Sales

  • Manage backend logistics for TV flash sales (e.g. QVC ABC CBS) including creation of checklists and product descriptions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues during TV events.

Wholesale & Customer Support

  • Assist in onboarding new wholesale accounts and provide ongoing operational support.
  • Deliver customer service support through email and phone especially during peak times or team absences.

Trade Show Attendance & Support

  • Support trade show preparation and attend events as needed.
  • Represent the brand and build strong relationships with potential partners and retail buyers.

Special Projects

  • Provide logistics and promotional support for special projects and company initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations inventory coordination account management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and partner events as needed (5% of time)
