We re hiring an Operations Assistant to manage end-to-end utility switching operations with data accuracy and proactive coordination. This role demands total ownership of quote analysis contract processing supplier handovers and CRM workflows. You ll be expected to identify and eliminate inefficiencies not manage them. - Manage the full switch lifecycle from quote approval to live supplier onboarding
- Create track and validate contracts using e-signature workflows
- Audit and maintain up-to-date CRM records flagging errors before they cost trust
- Troubleshoot supplier issues onboarding delays or contract discrepancies proactively
- Prepare weekly dashboards and internal reports that reflect performance and system gaps
- Improve workflows with AI tools like ChatGPT Zapier and Google Sheets automations
