Compensation is $262721$291912 based on a 1.0 FTE.
This position is a .6 FTE clinical/.4 FTE Division Medical Director opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of leadership skills and education.
Medical Director Duties Include (but not limited to):
Attend monthly Medical Director and leadership meetings.
Regular rounding with Medical Directors
Quarterly Presidents Council Attendance MOR as needed.
Holds Physician/APPs accountable to performance expectations.
Facilitates and supports interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
Works with operational leadership to provide direction for program departmental physicians.
Mentor new Medical Directors
Model and ensure professional behavior.
Review and recommend new medical developments practices and techniques.
Collaborate with Medical Staff and attend MEC meetings as needed.
Support Medical Staff Recruitment
Advocate for resources programs and policies within Mary Bridge.
Work with Quality Medical Director to drive CPGs.
Work with Clinical Director to develop financial plans for clinical program development.
Be accountable and actively involved in system LEM goals yearly.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $275635.00 $305048.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education.
