The NEXT Retail HR team are currently looking for a dynamicHR Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Leicestershire. In this role you will be a key player in supporting our Head Office Operation functions to maintain a high level of service in a fastpaced setting.

About the role

As an HR Specialist your main responsibilities will involve serving as the primary contact for employee relations queries providing guidance on various HR matters supporting investigations and assisting with disciplinary actions appeals and grievances. Additionally you will offer advice on probationary reviews performance management issues flexible working requests and reasonable adjustments.

Your role will also include staying informed about legislative changes and assessing their potential impact on our policies and guidance.
