Neonatal Practice Facilitator (Band 7)
Location: Smethwick Birmingham
Salary:per year
Employment: Permanent
Hrs: 14.5 hours per week
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about neonatal care and committed to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals We are seeking a Neonatal Practice Facilitator to support education training and development within neonatal services ensuring excellence in patient care and staff learning.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate neonatal education and professional development
- Provide clinical support and supervision to staff
- Ensure competency assessments and highquality training programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance neonatal care standards
Requirements:
- Teaching & mentoring qualification and relevant experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staff training
- Significant experience in neonatal nursing with a strong background in education and training
- Passionate about education and professional development
- Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
