Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Remote (Preferred: South Africa)

About the Company
We are a residential property management firm based in the United States overseeing a growing portfolio of rental properties. Our operations are supported by a fully remote team of professionals across Latin America as well as an external accounting partner managing both propertylevel and corporate bookkeeping.
With plans to scale and a new strategic investment in a global software business we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial coordination team supervision and cash flow management.
About the Role
The Finance Manager will play a central role in the daytoday financial oversight of the company. This includes managing internal financial operations supervising remote staff coordinating with external accounting partners and ensuring effective cash flow planning and .
This is a hightrust highresponsibility role with direct impact on the financial health and operational continuity of the business. Given our growing interest in South Africa as a hiring region candidates based there are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of a remote finance and operations team

Oversee cash flow ensuring funds are available for payroll vendor payments and operating expenses

Manage and approve money movement including payroll disbursements

Work closely with the external bookkeeping firm to maintain accurate records and reports

Monitor budgets and support ongoing forecasting efforts

Prepare internal financial summaries for leadership

Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial best practices

Identify and implement process improvements in finance operations
Qualifications
-
5 years of experience in financial management preferably in real estate property management or related sectors

Strong command of cash flow oversight budgeting and operational accounting

Experience working with remote or distributed teams

Proficient with financial software (e.g. QuickBooks Online Xero) and spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets Excel)

Excellent communication organizational and decisionmaking skills

Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing or coordinating with offshore accounting teams

Exposure to multientity businesses or real estate and software combined portfolios

Based in South Africa or with availability to work within overlapping time zones
