Job Description
Were looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procores Sales team. In this role youll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic midsize accounts while also leveraging your understanding of Procores products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion.
As a Commercial Account Manager Youll collaborate with Customer Success other Sales members and Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base.
This position is based in Sydney Australia. Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Account Managers. This is an ongoing open requisition we are looking for folks who are interested in learning more about starting a sales career at Procore now or in the future if/when a position becomes available.
What youll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic based territory by preserving and developing the customer relationship highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite and deepening the customers attachment to Procore
- Work cross functionally with Inside Sales Reps Product Solution Specialists and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption ensure customer retention drive increased spend on existing products (upsell) and lead attachment to new products (crosssell)
- Research accounts identify key champions generate interest and obtain business requirements
- Maintain accurate and uptodate forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
- Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
- Manage and maintain accurate leads opportunities and account information within
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate internal resources to solve clients issues and execution of service agreements
- Periodic travel to client onsite visits
What were looking for:
- 5 years of demonstrated successful software sales preferably B2B5
- Experience using a consultative solutionbased sales methodology desired
- Proven record of success in an inside salesbased selling model and proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
- Ability and resilience to work in a fastpaced sales environment
- Ability to develop trusted relationships
- Postsale revenue expansion experience preferred and proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems preferably
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $112800 $155100 plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $188000 $258500. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
