Salary/Compensation: Business Grade 8 BG8

Tulsa PublicSchools existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or and years of credible service. Additionally our board of education recently approved salary & benefit increases for qualifying positions. Position Summary: Under direction of the Director of Recruitment the District Recruiter servesas a vital member in achieving the recruitment goals of Tulsa Public Schools by assisting in theresearch development and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies toattract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for the District.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

A bachelors degree from an accredited college in education public administrationhuman resources management business management science operations researchorganizational behavior a closely related field or equivalent combination of educationand experience

Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in project management or closely related field includingrecruitment project management techniques and tools group organizationcommunication material preparation candidate cultivation task management andcost/benefit financial analysis

Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.:
Knowledge of human resources legal or employment processes and procedures ineducational settings
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and human resource informationsystems
Technology skills in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Drive
Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Glassdoor Indeed etc.
Prefer experience with Fountain MUNIS and PowerSchool
Proficient in Spanish is a plus
