The successful candidate will ideally have:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in recruiting preferably within a corporate setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Understanding of different recruiting methods and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
