An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join the Global Skills team. This role will be based at our Penrith Head Office but will require some travel between our sites located throughout greater Sydney and the Central Coast.
This role will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process delivering a great candidate experience through sourcing screening shortlisting interviewing and pre-hire checking to handover to the Executive Manager Human Resources.
Successful candidates for these roles will:
Have a minimum of two years experience in end-to-end recruitment
Possess exceptional communication skills
Possess excellent administrative and computer skills
Display exemplary time management skills and the ability to adapt to and meet competing work priorities
Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
Be eligible to work in Australia
Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
Have a current Australian Drivers licence and own vehicle (travel allowance is provided for work related travel)
Experience in Employment Services (jobactive Workforce Australia DES TTW) is highly regarded.
