Talent Acquisition & HR Internship
Location: Norwood MA (Inoffice 5 days/week)
Reports To: HR Manager (with mentorship and alignment to Sr. Talent Consultant)
Duration: 36 months with potential for future career opportunities
Compensation: Paid Internship (Hourly rate based on experience and availability)

We are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition & HR Intern/Coop to support recruiting operations and assist with basic HR administrative tasks during our busy hiring season. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in recruiting HR or business operations to gain handson experience in a fastpaced missiondriven company.
The intern/coop will primarily support recruiting efforts to include talent sourcing job postings applicant management and candidate screening for field technician roles across New England. They will work closely with our external Talent Acquisition Consultant (remote) and be directly managed by the onsite HR Manager. This intern will also gain valuable experience with general HR tasks such as document organization reporting onboarding prep and compliance followups.

Assist in resume screening and organizing candidate outreach lists
Conduct initial candidate outreach via email phone and LinkedIn
Help schedule phone screens and coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in the ATS
Support tradesspecific sourcing efforts (refrigeration HVAC/R technicians) using LinkedIn SeekOut and resume databases
Help identify passive candidates and flag highpotential leads
Organize and maintain digital employee files and recruiting documentation
Assist with onboarding paperwork prep and background check coordination
Support compliance tracking (e.g. I9 forms certifications policy acknowledgments)
Compile reports on open roles candidate activity and hiring progress
Assist with organizing career fair materials or HR communication templates
Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program (Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Interest in recruiting andhuman resources bonus points if you have knowledge of the trades especially HVAC/R
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data professionally
Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office; experience with LinkedIn or ATS tools is a plus
Willingness to be onsite 23days/week in Norwood MA
Realworld experience supporting active trade technician hiring campaigns
Exposure to fullcycle recruiting and modern sourcing tools/techniques
Handson learning with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR) sourcing tools and HR procedures
Mentorship from a Principal Recruiter and HR leader
