More About the Role:

By facilitating recruitment between applicants and internal stakeholders no task will be too small for you when selecting the right person to fulfill business needs. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition and People Systems Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Conducting end to end recruitment activities across the business.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases fairs and expos as well as print and online media platforms.
• Conducting interviews and overseeing the selection processes by filtering candidates for open positions.
• Coordinating interviews and medicals as required.
• Conducting all necessary compliance checks and ensure all candidates have the correct qualifications for the position.
• Ensuring smooth and timely onboarding for successful candidates.
• Performing adhoc tasks and other duties as directed.

What Were Looking for in the Successful Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge including customer service complaint handling health and safety policies and procedures inclusion and diversity.
• Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
• Sound computer literacy skills including proficient use of Microsoft Suite
• Demonstrated problemsolving skills the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a results driven approach and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to act responsibly and perform reliably.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Highly Regarded:

• Current Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State.
• Prior recruitment or customer service experience.
