Job Description

Job Title: ItalianSpeaking Technical Support Agent
Location: Lisbon Portugal Hybrid & Onsite Options Available

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and serviceoriented Italianspeaking Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services ensuring quick resolution and a smooth user experience. This role offers both onsite and hybrid work flexibility depending on your location and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Italianspeaking users via phone email or chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software or connectivity issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Guide users through stepbystep solutions and provide clear userfriendly instructions.

  • Log all technical issues interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and follow up on more complex cases.

  • Stay up to date with product updates troubleshooting procedures and system changes.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote trust in our technical support service.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Prior experience in technical support help desk or IT customer service is preferred.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a technical mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Basic understanding of operating systems networking and general IT concepts.

  • Legal right to work in Portugal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk Jira Freshdesk).

  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and CRM platforms.

  • Knowledge of specific technologies relevant to your companys products (e.g. VoIP SaaS IoT).

  • Technical certifications (CompTIA Cisco etc. are a plus.
