We are seeking a skilled and serviceoriented Italianspeaking Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services ensuring quick resolution and a smooth user experience. This role offers both onsite and hybrid work flexibility depending on your location and preferences.
Provide technical support to Italianspeaking users via phone email or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software or connectivity issues effectively and efficiently.
Guide users through stepbystep solutions and provide clear userfriendly instructions.
Log all technical issues interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and follow up on more complex cases.
Stay up to date with product updates troubleshooting procedures and system changes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote trust in our technical support service.
Fluent in Italian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in technical support help desk or IT customer service is preferred.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a technical mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of operating systems networking and general IT concepts.
Legal right to work in Portugal.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk Jira Freshdesk).
Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of specific technologies relevant to your companys products (e.g. VoIP SaaS IoT).
Technical certifications (CompTIA Cisco etc. are a plus.
