Join an innovative team where your technical expertise will directly impact product development and system enhancement initiatives. As a Technical Analyst youll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while working in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product ownership to translate business needs into technical system requirements
- Leverage documentation and test applications/APIs to understand existing functionality for replatforming and enhancement opportunities
- Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine data availability for system capabilities
- Map data between interfacing systems to ensure seamless integration
- Assist lead analysts in developing and prioritizing features and epics aligned with product delivery strategy
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups demos/reviews and retrospectives
- Perform application and services testing to ensure quality
- Create comprehensive system requirement documentation including interface specifications
- Provide demonstrations to project teams and business stakeholders
- Work closely with Business Quality Assurance and development teams on projects and production issues
- Excel in managing multiple priorities concurrently while meeting aggressive timelines
- Utilize system documentation database information application logs and scenario testing to determine root causes of system issues
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
- Services-Oriented Architecture / Microservices
- Multi-tier applications (presentation tier/services-processing tier/data management tier)
- Enterprise and vendor API integration
- Managing system behavior through configurable variables
- Error handling methodologies
- XML and JSON data structures
Qualifications:
- Ability to write effective SQL queries
- Proficiency with API access tools such as Postman and SoapUI
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience conducting complex technical analysis across multiple products
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology
- Experience writing detailed system requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience writing mobile and/or web application requirements
- Experience writing mobile service and/or web service requirements
