Job Description

Are you an HR professional with an international mindset strong language skills and a hands-on attitude Chatwin is looking for an International HR Manager (German Speaking) to join our growing team and help shape our people strategy in a dynamic and international environment.

We support tech scale-ups in expanding their business locally and globally. Our team includes successful entrepreneurs experienced managers and international business experts.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with national and international business goals.
  • Manage recruitment onboarding training development and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws in Italy and across key European markets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to apply company policies and foster a strong and inclusive company culture.
  • Lead or support change management projects and improve existing HR processes.
  • Analyze organizational needs and deliver people-focused solutions to enhance business performance.

Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics Law Human Resources or related fields; a Masters in HR or an MBA is a plus.
  • 35 years of HR experience preferably in fast-paced or international environments.
  • Fluent in Italian English and German (mandatory); knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Italian and European labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid dynamic and evolving context.
