Registered Home Manager Residential Care Home
Salary: Up to 52500 per year
Full-Time 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced care home manager ready to lead a well-established residential service Were looking for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the smooth running of our clients care home and ensure the highest standards of care for their residents.
If youre passionate about elderly care hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and have strong experience in residential care management this is your chance to make a lasting difference.
What Youll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager Residential Manager or similar leadership role in adult social care
- In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Excellent leadership team management and communication skills
- Compassionate resident-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred care

Your Role as Registered Home Manager
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
- Ensure the delivery of safe high-quality person-centred care
- Manage support and develop staff including recruitment training and supervision
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care home standards
- Foster positive relationships with residents families and local stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and maintain financial oversight of the service
