Carpenter Needed for Industrial Plant
FullTime Position with Competitive Benefits

Location: Trenton NJ (Position is onsite MF 7:00 AM4:00 PM)

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role youll play an integral part in our operations applying your expertise and craftsmanship to a variety of projects. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager youll have the opportunity to expand your skills and take on responsibilities across all areas of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut wood to specified lengths using saws
• Assemble skids and crates
• Transport raw materials and finished products using hand trucks or forklifts
• Stage raw materials for assembly
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Stock completed items in designated locations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate forklifts upon certification
• Support other departments as needed to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in carpentry construction or militaryrelated work
• 3 years of experience operating and maintaining woodcutting and assembly equipment (table saw beam saw upcut saw etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled in performing complex tasks with precision
• High level of initiative and creativity to navigate challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Effective communication with coworkers and customers
• Leadership qualities including the ability to mentor and supervise team members
• Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred but Not Required:

• Forklift certification
