Inside Account Representative
SupercityOS is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Inside Account Representative to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customer accounts ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our services is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
Create present and fulfill quotes and Sales Orders
Stay up to date on new technology and ITrelated Assets
Assist in managing a portfolio of customer accounts and supporting key stakeholders.
Identify new opportunities to support sales efforts through upselling and crossselling.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the Sales and Accounts teams to develop and execute sales initiatives.
Track and report on account activity and performance metrics to assist the account management team.
Ready to love your job Heres what were looking for:
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field.
2 years of experience in account support or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Background with technology is considered an asset.
