Job Description

AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Service representative to join our team in Jeddah. This role will provide exceptional customer service to our clients ensuring their needs are met and their queries resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills be able to handle customer inquiries effectively and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role requires cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the specific needs of our female clientele.

Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
* Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
* Process orders returns and refunds in a timely manner.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and empathetically.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Contribute to building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.


Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
* Strong computer literacy including experience with CRM systems.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the specific needs of female customers.
* A positive and professional attitude.
