They are looking for a Business Development Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through smart outreach and pipeline management.

What Youll Do:
- Own cold outreach from start to finish using tools like Instantly Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Craft and execute multichannel campaigns to reach qualified leads globally focusing on both agency and brandside users.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using HubSpot track deals log activities and maintain uptodate contact records.
- Work closely with the growth team to iterate on messaging improve lead quality and close highfit users.
- Hit aggressive weekly and monthly outreach and lead conversion goals.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 2 years in business development growth or sales roles at a B2B SaaS or marketplace startup.
- Proven hunter mindset you love sourcing prospecting and closing not just managing inbound.
- Handson experience with HubSpot CRM including automation and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with Instantly Apollo or similar outbound tools.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach tactics cold email best practices and lead qualification processes.
- A datadriven approach to testing learning and optimizing outreach and nurture strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills you know how to hook attention and build trust.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment where you own your targets.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the martech adtech or agency world.
- Previous work in earlystage startups.
- Ability to collaborate with creative marketing and product teams to align outreach with broader growth goals.
- You bring your own creative growth hacking strategies/tactics to the table.
