Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customizations and enhancements to Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security protocols and data governance policies within Dynamics 365.
- Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance of new features and functionalities.
- Document technical processes configurations and user guides.
- Participate in project planning and deployment activities for Dynamics 365 initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Dynamics 365 tools.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for endusers and provide ongoing support.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and enhancements.
- Assist in data migration and data management strategies.
- Monitor system performance and optimize technical components as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure robust infrastructure and software environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technical design.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficient understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and data model.
- Experience in developing custom applications using Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Strong experience with Azure services related to Dynamics 365.
- Familiar with JavaScript C# and .NET framework.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in user training and support.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and workflows.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
- Willingness to stay abreast of technology trends and developments.
