Location: Portland Oregon
Pay: $21$22/hour DOE

About the Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) youll provide individualized care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with daily personal care (hygiene dressing mobility support)
- Help individuals build independent living and social skills
- Encourage participation in community and recreational activities
- Follow and implement individual service plans (ISPs)
- Ensure a clean safe and supportive living environment
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best care possible
What Were Looking For:
- Must be 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with IDD individuals is preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license and willingness to become a company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
- Strong communication skills dependability and a passion for supporting others
