Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Insurance Account Executive with strong real estate experience. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the real estate insurance portfolio building strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of real estate insurance accounts including property liability and specialty coverages.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base within the real estate sector.
  • Advise clients on their insurance needs provide risk management advice and offer tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and regulatory developments to provide informed guidance and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of insurance services including claims management and policy administration.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with real estate accounts is required.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products underwriting principles and risk management techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is required.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing remote work and office presence as needed.
