This position will primarily focus on the determination of family eligibility for the childcare subsidy assistance program. It will also require educating parents providers and communities on the Early Learning Resource Center 3 (ELRC3) program and other resources. Applicants must have available transportation and be willing to travel if needed. Applicants should have previous work experience in customer service or social service and working with State/Federal or similar type regulation structures.
Applicants must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word TEAMS and Outlook. General experience working with office equipment and phone systems is essential. This position requires multitasking excellent data entry organization and communication skills as well as being comfortable working with the public. The candidate must be able to follow multistep instructions to perform daily tasks.
Applicants should enjoy helping others and working as part of a team in a casual and friendly office environment.
A minimum of two years of college credits or three years of human service experience required.
Monday Friday daylight typically 8:30am 4:30pm
